Breathing exercises that help in reducing weight:

  1. Inhale slowly as much as you can with both the nostrils and exhale slowly. Repeat it for 10 times.
  2. Inhale just for about a second and exhale pushing the stomach inside for another second. Repeat the process for 3-4 minutes. Go on increasing the time on weekly basis. More the weight reduction required, more the time for this exercise.
  3. Inhale slowly with one nostril as much as you can, closing the second nostril with finger. Exhale slowly from the other nostril which was closed. Now repeat the process by inhaling from second nostril and exhaling from first nostril.

Do it for 5-10 minutes. Time can be increased as per need, up to 20 minutes.
