  • No more beer
  • Eat light diet
  • Run 3 miles in the morning at least 3 times
  • Stop driving for work. Riding the bike instead.
  • Keep daily record of weight
Second Week Plan
  • Continue the light meal and no beer consumption
  • Run 3 miles in the afternoon after work at least 3 times a week
  • Dumb bell work out at home for 30 minutes
Third Week Plan
  • Repeat the 2nd week plan
