Kettle Bells for Elite Performance

My personal interest is maintaining a healthy body to allow me to perform like a professional athlete but I refuse to spend more 10 minutes a day to achieve this goal. So I have found that the sport of kettle bells can deliver these results or better  in the allotted time or less. I have been practicing kettle bells for over 8 years on a daily basis and have seen results that have surpassed all other forms of exercise for home users. My personal exercise plan is short, simple and alternates daily between day 1 and day 2.

Day 1 is  practicing bent press combined with military press for 2 sets of 2 reps per side with a 32 kilogram kettle bell.

Day 2 is practicing power snatches for 2 sets of 20 reps per side with a 24 kilogram kettle bell. Overall this has allowed me to attain my goal plus it leaves me fresher, stronger and more resilient every day.
