Items Needed:

Core Rhythms or Zumba DVD (you may be able to rent them at your video store or the library)
Space to exercise
TV/Monitor
DVD Player/Computer
Comfortable (preferably moisture wicking) workout clothes


Set Up A Realistic Workout Schedule:

Inactive (sedentary) people should start by exercising 2 times a week
Moderately active people should strive for at least 3 workouts a week
Set a workout time early in the morning.
Stick to your set workout time without fail. Your body will come to look forward to that time and it'll give you extra energy throughout the day.
Be sure to stay hydrated while exercising by drinking water.
Be sure to consult with your doctor before starting any exercise plan.
