Get started with Disciplanner following these three easy steps. Alternatively, you can watch the four minute video walkthrough. This video will show you how to use Disciplanner's tracker page where you can add new exercises and record how much work you've done.
Add new entries by dragging an exercise from the left, and dropping it on the date strip.
Enter notes on what you did and for how many minutes.
After you have entered all your time, click the Save button.
